Before Your Appointment

  • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for two weeks prior
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment
  • Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to treatment
  • Let us know about any medications, supplements or recent cosmetic treatments
  • Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup, where possible

After Your Appointment

  • Avoid direct sun exposure and always apply SPF
  • Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and swimming for 24 to 48 hours
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours after treatment
  • Keep the treated area clean and avoid touching unnecessarily
  • Follow any specific aftercare guidance given by your practitioner
